Are you ready to hunt the northern lights?
The best way to experience the magical northern lights, aurora borealis, is away from the lights of the city. There is no faster way leaving the city centre, than by boat. Our high speed, high-class catamaran is ready to take you on a northern lights cruise.
There are many legends about the northern lights, and why it dances so beautiful over the night sky in the north. Today we know why, science have given us the explanation, and can even help us predict when it will be showing. But still, there is something magical about seeing the northern lights on the sky, the colours and movement, and of course, as we in the north know to be true, the sound.
Cruise out from Tromsø city centre in the evening, with beautiful views of the city, mountains, fjord and the Northern Lights (aurora borealis) with Arctic Explorer. The different locations we visit on this cruise provide different views of the sky with several possibilities of seeing the Northern Lights. We cruise in a high-class comfortable and very stable boat with space inside and outside.
